On Friday 10 September a group of our MathMoms interns and YeBoneers visited Green Point Park, where they learned about sustainability and sustainable housing, had the opportunity do to some birdwatching, and revisit the forest bathing practices from our previous trip to Intaka Island. For them, it was an opportunity to connect with nature and reconnect with themselves after a tough term, and to find their inner calm.
